Service and availability
Connections depend on serviceability at your address. Submitting an enquiry does not guarantee a connection. Our team confirms availability, installation timelines and any applicable charges before connecting you.
Plans and pricing
Plan prices shown on this website are the values supplied by NS Fibernet. Final taxes, installation and router charges are confirmed by our team before connection. We may change plans or prices; changes do not affect amounts you have already paid for a running billing period.
Billing
Monthly plans are billed monthly. Multi-month plans (6+1 and 10+2) are paid in advance for the period stated on the plan. Charges must be paid by the due date shown on your bill or confirmation.
Equipment
Equipment provided by NS Fibernet remains our property unless we state otherwise in writing. Please take care of it and report faults promptly. You may be charged for loss or damage caused by misuse.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the service for unlawful activity, to harm other users or networks, or to resell or share the connection commercially without our written permission.
Speeds
Plan speeds are the maximum available on the connection. Actual speeds vary with your device, Wi-Fi, in-home wiring and network conditions.
Interruptions
We work to keep the service running but cannot promise it will be uninterrupted. Maintenance, faults or events outside our control may cause outages.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, NS Fibernet is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of, or inability to use, the service or this website.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts in West Bengal have jurisdiction.
